The flowers were absolutely beautiful, tastefully arranged and very fresh. The recipient was delighted with them. However, they were delivered to the wrong address and it was only good fortune that the neighbours were in and brought them round. This was obviously worryingly close to disaster given that they were a birthday gift.

I ordered birthday flowers overnight from Australia, with specified colours for next day delivery. I am in Australia and I ordered 2 gifts of flowers for my two sisters in the UK. Direct2florist was excellent, there was a problem with one of the gifts as the florist didn't have what I ordered but they tried hard to get one, they kept me up to date very promptly with what was happening. The team finally found another florist that could fulfil my order. My order and my two sisters received their special gifts on the same day, amazing. I will be using Direct2florist again and will be recommending them to my family and friends here in Australia. Thank you so much.
